Breakfast Pizza, it’s what’s for dinner. I got that summer time fever! These long summer days are what I live for!
Dinner time seems to sneak up on us as we spend most of our days outside or on the go. Enjoying the beautiful sunshine, it gets really hard to drag yourself inside to make a meal. Take out gets expensive and eating out with two little ones is definitely not the easiest.
On a recent family trip to Target, I decided to pick up a few groceries which I usually never do. I came across these awesome pre-made whole wheat pizza crusts but the best part was the recipe on the back. Ranchero Breakfast Pizza aka….
5 ingredient Breakfast Pizza
What you need:
- pre-made pizza crust
- cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs
What to do:
- Spoon salsa on the pizza crust just like you would like pizza sauce.
- Scramble the eggs then layer on top of the salsa.
- Cook the bacon and then sprinkle on top.
- Shred cheese and top the entire pizza crust.
I am starting to realize that I may or may not have a slight pizza obsession. As any chance I get I will try a new twist on pizza! And with only 5 ingredients you can not go wrong.
