Since the New Year, I have been trying to consistently meal prep for the upcoming week. Some weeks I have, and some I haven't. I am really trying to get back on a healthy schedule. Although time consuming, meal prepping makes it easier to be more successful staying on track. Lately, I still feel so crazed and pressed for time. New Year, New Mama??
New Year, New Mama?? Well, not quite. I have to admit the last couple weeks had got me feeling a little down. The craziness of the holiday season can be overwhelming.
