Is there anything better than a day at the beach?
I mean, sure when you have kids you gotta lug half your house just to make sure you have everything you need!! (Our most recent trip included a toilet, literally we brought my daughter’s potty to the beach) BUT there is nothing like that salty breeze, the sound of waves crashing, and being covered in sand. Speaking of crashing, nothing gets the kids sleeping like a day of digging and swimming at the beach.
It is so easy to keep the kids busy while at the beach, there is so much to do.
So when you come home from the beach, and you need to unpack all the said crap previously and get dinner started. Here is a great craft for the kids to do! This is perfect for all ages!! I mean adults, when is the last time you painted because it is soooo relaxing!

How cute are these little artists?! Working hard too hard to notice the paparazzi taking their pictures…
All you need is to run to the dollar store for some paint and paint brushes! Collect your shells at the beach! That’s it!
I bought washable paints because I have a 2 and 3 year old…now I have to find something to spray the shells with so the paint won’t come off!
