Pizza dough in just 2 simple ingredients.
As I look back on all my recipes on this blog, one thing has become very obvious.
I literally have a pizza addiction.
If you like sour dough bread, you will love this recipe.
This is a little more dense than regular pizza crust and I absolutely love it.
But the best part about this recipe is how fast and easy it is. THERE IS NO WAITING!
I have never made my own pizza dough for the simple fact of the whole yeast thing and the waiting for it to rise. Everytime I see a recipe that includes yeast, I skip it.
2 Ingredient Homemade Pizza Dough
What you need:
1 cup plain non-fat greek yogurt
1 cup self rising flour
What to do:
Combine both.
That’s it. Your pizza dough is ready.
TIP: I always like to pre-bake the pizza crust before I add sauce and toppings!
Bake at 350 degrees for about 5 to 10 minutes.
Then add sauce and toppings and bake again!
This recipe is perfect for a busy school night or a fun Friday night of make your own pizzas! They are the perfect size for everyone to get their own and top it however they want!
P.S. I could also just eat the fresh baked dough with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, crushed red pepper and Parmesan cheese…YUM!
