Sweet Dreams KID SAFE

I absolutely love that Simply Earth made this oil especially for kids!!! I was so excited to see this in the July Box!!!

When I saw the recipe for the Sweet Dreams Roll on for kids, I absolutely made it ASAP. Sometimes it is hard for my kids to wind down at the end of a long summer day. I always think it is going to be the opposite because of all the fresh air, or swimming or day trips that they will be completely exhausted.

If your kids are really having trouble settling down at night, you can make them a Sweet Dreams Bath by adding a few drops of the oil into the tub. And if you are like me, when my kids are not going to sleep at night, I will try anything and everything. So make them a Sweet Dreams Bath, change them into their comfy pajamas, and then use the Sweet Dreams roll on!

He did not want to give back the Sweet Dreams Roll On 🙂

Natural Slime

OMG!! YES! SIMPLY EARTH! You are genius for including a slime recipe with the July Box!

My kids are obsessed with slime! They are going to be thrilled for this. I am saving this for a rainy day. It is the perfect calming activity, especially with the lavender in it 🙂
