Night eating is definitely where I ALWAYS struggle when dieting or just trying to eat healthier overall. I absolutely love my snack at night. It’s a part of my “me time.” Enjoying a salty snack in the peace and quiet at the end of a busy day. I just can’t and don’t want to give it up. I can do without breakfast but not my nightly snack.
