It was so inspiring to see how Joel completely transformed his life. I wanted to know more about how he came up with this diet. How did it work? But my most important question? How hard would it be for a busy mom like myself to follow?

I need to be the strongest and healthiest version of myself so I can keep up with my two littles. That is always my number one goal.

Which brings me to my first question for Joel. How difficult is the Always Eat After 7 PM plan to follow?
