So I have really enjoyed taking the “Always Eat After 7PM” book challenge. One of the best things about this rule breaking diet is being able to cater to yourself and make it your own.

I absolutely loved adding all of the BioTrust supplements into my diet. One of the easiest parts of this challenge was using them in my recipes and making better choices when I was in a hurry. My chocolate chia pudding was my go to. I would make it the night before and have it ready in the fridge.

The most challenging times to curb hunger are just before bed and in the morning. By following the Always Eat After 7PM program, you have the most willpower to stay on the diet because you are eating during the hours when you are most hungry. This also puts you into both intermittent fasting increasing testosterone and your metabolism, while putting you into ketosis.
