Crockpot Cajun Chicken Dinner

Got chicken in the freezer? Beans and quinoa in the pantry. Some spices? You have dinner.
Fast and easy. I threw this together in under 10 minutes before leaving for work.
This recipe started out as an experiment so I am happy it turned out delicious so I can share it.
Prep Time: Less than 10 minutes
Cook Time: 5 hours on low
Crockpot Cajun Chicken Dinner
What you need:
Chicken Breasts
Quinoa
1 can Black Beans
Seasonings: cajun, chili powder, salt, garlic powder, paprika

What to do:
- Add frozen chicken breasts. (I used 2. Can also use fresh.) Add 1 can of drained and rinsed beans. Add approximately 2 cups of quinoa.
- Season heartily. Use all 5 spices. Salt, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, chili powder, and paprika.
- Add 2 cups of water.
- Cook on low for 5 hours.

Eats as a whole meal. But I also served with tortillas in case you want to make it into a burrito.
