What's on the Menu Monday XVI? So I wouldn't exactly call this a dinner menu for the week. But I just wanted to have some fun! Lots of good comfort food. Quick post. This is what I currently have going on in my fridge/pantry so I am using what I got... What's on the Menu Monday XVI? Sunday - For my pigs in a blanket, I only had full size hot dogs and crescent rolls so that's what I used. Monday - Today is national corn dog day. So we are going to honor that day and have a quick ... VIEW POST

Woodloch Resort, Poconos PA
This is a sponsored post. All opinions are my own. Woodloch, you have our whole hearts. Our family had the greatest weekend and made so many special memories together. We have found our new winter tradition. Check out their website here... http://www.woodloch.com My Woodloch Story I'll be honest, winter is not my most favorite season. I love a good snow day. And I don't mind bundling up with the kids to play outside to get a few hours of fresh air. But the winter is just too long, ... VIEW POST

100 Days of School Ideas
100 Days of School Ideas Do your kids celebrate the 100th day of school. Need an easy and cheap last minute idea?? I got you. Last year I was scrambling at the last minute to make my daughter a shirt for the 100th day of school. I got her a t shirt and a bin of pom poms and we glued 100 on. It came out cute but this year the 100th day was on my radar. It doesn't have to cost a lot to make one and you don't have to be the craftiest person (as I am not) for it to come out really ... The Best Homemade Lasagna
There is nothing better than a big pot of sauce cooking on the stove. I never make just enough for one dinner. I need to have extra sauce to use for other meals during the week but I love to have some in the freezer too. Just in case. So when I knew I wanted to make homemade lasagna, I made a huge pot of sauce the night before. As you can surely tell from this picture... we woke up like this lol! Pajamas, crazy hair, and ready to cook! You most definitely do not need to make your own ... VIEW POST

Merry Christmas Eve
Merry Christmas Eve. I can not believe it is Christmas Eve. The time from Thanksgiving until now has absolutely flown by. I love the holiday season but it can all be so overwhelming. Sending Christmas cards, buying gifts, cooking, baking, traveling etc. All things I love to do but just not at the same time. Like every year, I plan to take a nice family photo for our Christmas card and like every year I run out of time or can’t make up my mind. This year I decided forget the cards, ... VIEW POST
